    1. You can certainly try, but not everyone succeed with that. The kind of potatoes you use is the most important thing, some people even bake them whole and then peel them and make the gnocchi.

  1. I mean I’m not vegan but my cousin was a vegan (now vegetarian) chef and he made some and I wanted to figure out how to make it because im trying to cut down on calories and eat less meat.

  2. wow i just thought about gnocchi for no reason because i remember how weird i thought it was to have a potato based food that is used like a pasta. i haven’t had gnocchi since i went vegan because they make it with eggs in the stores :/ really glad i looked up vegan gnocchi, it sounds so easy to make and i knew the eggs were just nonsense
