  1. My problem is I have tried prepping meals in the past but then I dont eat it because my food desires switch all the time. I guess Im a ‘hunter’ type of person I just want something on the spur. I wish I could be more organized like that

    1. Ah yeah, but then I have a ravenous craving for waffles or some such when the hunger comes and I look at all the food I made and am like ehhh..

    2. you can also prep components which make it quicker and easier to make your meals during the week doing things like cooking a batch of rice, chopping veg, making sauces or dressings, roasting some veg, ect and then you use the things you prepped to make meals during the week rather than prepping whole meals like rose did here
