100 CALORIE VEGAN COOKIE DOUGH BITES – 5 MIN RECIPE!

RECIPE!
1 cup oats
1/2 cup cashews
5 dates (if not soft, soak 1 hr)
blend these ingredients together
then add
2 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
blend again until it forms a dough
gently add in 1/4 c chocolate chips and roll into balls
Makes 12 – 100 calorie cookie dough bites!

    kakao powder, some in shredded coconut and some in grounded hazelnuts. They

    LIKE IT! It is so hard to find healthy food they will accept, let alone,
    that they can bring to school. Snack foods like this are perfect. Can’t
    wait to try making these.

  3. Just made these! Had no dates though, so I used half a banana + spoonful of
    wowbutter, and used sunflower seeds instead of nuts. NOMZ
